Anna Savelyeva

Patient Coordinator

“The process of treatment for our patients is comparable to a journey which requires a lot of efforts, physical and emotional. Therefore my role as a patient co-ordinator is to help start and organize this “journey” — from A to Z — and afterwards to stay with the patients providing them with necessary support and care.

I try to do my best to make the patients feel comfortable and at ease during the whole process of the treatment which must be very explicit to them.

And the last thing but the most important: it is very emotionally rewarding to see the “result” of our common labour which we take close to our hearts — a smiling baby making its parents happy!”
