How long do you need to stay in St. Petersburg?

We will agree with you the best convenient timing for you to come to St. Petersburg and adjust the treatment plan to your personal needs.

  1. Your first visit for egg pick-up and fertilization will need to be for 5 days;
  2. Your second visit will be for one day to transfer your desired gender embryo into your uterus. It can take place one month later, after the result of the genetic test is ready and discussed with you (or later if you prefer)

If your partner/husband would prefer to reduce the time he spends in St Petersburg so he can return home as quickly as possible, we can arrange for him to attend the clinic on his own, prior to your own 5 day visit so as to leave a sperm sample for freezing, this sample can then be thawed on the day your eggs have been collected ready for fertilisation.
